2. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in INR. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation. Srivee reserves the right to accept or decline orders at its discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to process all orders promptly. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to unforeseen logistical factors.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept general returns. Refunds or replacements are only applicable in cases of verified damage or incorrect delivery.

6. Candle Care & Safety

Srivee candles are crafted for mindful use. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials. Srivee is not liable for misuse.
